According to correspondence sent today (Friday, January 8, 2010) between Gallatin Street Project Engineer Lorne Jackson and City Administrator Jimmy Morani, the remaining two blocks of Gallatin Street should be opening soon.

Quote from Lorne Jackson: “I doubt that it will happen for the weekend, but likely sometime next week it could be opened up.”
